Has anyone been to Marine Industrial Park? There is a huge building, where someone I know has a studio. There are a number of empty spaces that I've been in. I need to get some photos. It used to be an old military complex. The Black Falcon Cruise Terminal is next to it. Definitely some interesting stuff.
