It's run by Rob Dobi, he's from southwestern CT but he has a lot of eastern CT places on his site like Norwich State Hospital.  I went to college with some of his friends.  I'd LOVE to tag along to some of the places he's gotten legal permission to, I don't care if I have to drive 100 miles to get there lol
