Weird New England book

Saw it in newberry comics the other day with omnipotence, seemed like it had some cool stuff to check out. anybody looked at any of these books before?

I own that book. lol  It's in storage at the moment.

Has things like Norwich State Hospital & Holy Land USA, and Little People Village too (all in CT...don't remember what it has for RI though except for some crazy ghost stories up in the Smithfield area, I think)
