Well my bestfriend Greg lives in the apts right across the street so this is more than inviting every time I go over there, no security, just some neighbors that call the cops if they see you go in, so we always go at night, nothing inside the place really, still cool to go through. and easy to access. Some kids started a fire there last year and of course the cops got on it for a bit, but it has cooled down.
