norwich state hospital

if anyone has yet to go hear, i suggest doing so  soon/i saw on tv the other day a town meeting about the hospital, they want to start working on it soon/possabilities are a golf course, movie studio, housing, school, and some more i cant remember/the project that everyone seems to want is called UTOPIA, i started watching the show to late to figure out what it was/im sure if you searched the computer you can find out more
