Ditto boostay.  Actually a first of all first.  First UE experience, first other-thing experience.  Imagine being 16 again and finding an abandoned officer's home.  On a hot summer's day, it's like you own it.  Nobody around and exploration   is all yours.

One of the houses I did it in has been renovated since.  It's fun to muse about the looks on their faces if they knew what we did on their kitchen floor
