(RESOLVED) Can't Upload Avatar

Trying to navigate my way around this new site.
Where the heck is the upload feature for an avatar?

Click on Profile on the task bar should be home, help, search, profile, logout. then on the left of the screen click on Forum Profile information under the heading Modify profile, that should give you the option.

Ah, sorry folks.  A setting was not correct.  Should be OK now.
