Road Trip!

Ok, this was already talked about in another topic.  Since I know forums are sometimes monitored by police/other, I won't mention places.

How should we even go about setting up a road trip?  Pick a day first and then ask for directions/pick a meeting place over email?

I'll be on winter break soon from school, and I'll be free almost all the time after the holidays.  As it is now I'm free every day except Tuesday-Thursday (I commute to New Haven), and Wednesday during the day (babysit at night).
