HEY HEY HEY Wait a minute I didn't hear Metal Chruch was in town. Heck, The Slade Man been a fan for years , I just love that song Badlands the most.  A quick note to the coach w/ all due respect Mike Patton is as boring as a building without a No trespassing sign! Good Evening Metalwitch how is your night going? It is the hoilday season that means Slade Man owes you some Winter Lager Cheer!!!

dif'rent strokes brother! but your opinion better not be based on just hearing faith no more's one radio song because of:

mr. bungle
fantomas
tomahawk
lovage(music to make love to your old lady by)
the dillenger escape plan
hemopheliac
patton & rahzel

he has also recorded with:
sepultura
john zorn
bob ostertag
milk cult
melt banana
the melvins

so be it metal, rock, hip-hop, gospel, jazz, or crazy experimental noises (or his cover of "six pack" on the black flag tribute) i'll ga-ran-tee he's done something you can appreciate. ok, i know he's no john tesh....but just give it a chance before you go calling the dude who got pegged to take over for dennis frigging hopper in a movie, boring!

Metal Church own ass, but...  Marilyn Manson?    Not my cup of tea, anyway. :)

BTW, are Metal Church still recording, or just doing some shows?  Last I heard from them was their big reunion album "Masterpeace", and I was still in high school when that came out.  It was no "The Dark", but it was pretty good stuff nonetheless.

My impression was that is was just an unfunny, Seth Putnam-inspired joke and I honestly didn't read too much into it.  I'm not trying to defend it or anything, just telling you what I thought of it.
