I saw this building tonight and had to take a shot.  It\\\'s got a pretty eerie feel to it.

Nice!  I like the coloring in the photo...and it does look really spooky.

Ever been to West Kingston?
Qusqapaugh? Pronounced "Us-qua-pagh".
It's where Kenyon grist mill is and Peter Pots pottery.
My ex husband grew up down there. He said "there's is lots to be found in the woods down there".

Oh yeah.  We've down there a plenty, mostly to pass through.  I've heard some things too.  We could never get a definitely answer to what exactly was up down there.  If you get a lead please email me (skully@insanebunkers.com).

The village is called Usquepaugh, and both the Kenyon Corn Mill and Peter Pots Pottery are both still in commission. (The owner of Peter Pots is freaky in himself, but he has alot of stories to tell about the area). If you go on the road the sign for Peter Pots is on (if you need to know-ask me) the Aubodon Society is about 1.5 miles down on your right.  It's gated off, (by a so-omnious gate) but if you bring a flashlight (because it's heavily wooded) and some bug spray, you can search the cabin(s) and there is an Native American burial ground back there.

Whoah!  That is one trippy pic!  Regardless of what the structure was, that shot is amazing!

Around the grist mill there's TONS of historical cemeteries.. I've only found 4 I think cause most are very old and very worn away.. It must be somewhat creepy around there if there's so many cemeteries haha! I have a few pictures from the graveyards I found around there in my historical cemeteries album, check it out. I would love to search around there more, since I've heard all this from you guys now!

This is kind of random, but when I worked as a journalist, I interviewed the owner of the grist mill (Paul Drumm Jr.) and took a lot of pictures of the place.  I'd post it here, but it's on another computer and I don't have enough time to get it set up before I go to work lol.  I spent hours there; real cool if you're into local history.
I hide in the shadows and babble about old things.  I appear to most new members of IB.  I might beat you with my cane.
