Return to American Brass Complex, Waterbury, CT

I was very surprised at how easy it was to explore this former brass mill. It lies behind a strip mall and the doors are wide open. On my first trip I explored a building that was clearly derelict. The second time I entered a building that had cars parked in front of it but was vacant inside. That second building was the rolling mill and was last occupied by a hazardous waste treatment company. There were four 10,000 gallon tanks that once contained hazardous waste and some machinery. Here is a link to a blog post with photos:
