Old Factory in Rhode Island, It's an amazing site seeing place. Theres a bit of roof climbing to get in, but it's worth it. Sadly my phone died before I got inside so I only have the waterfall and a broken camera. There is security there as well with a few silent alarms. From what I could tell many people went in there and cut the wires to the alarms. If you find this place be careful, you can see places where bums have slept, or where junkies shot up.
