the creeper house

there is a building in prov that i have been wanting to explore for a while now. i lovingly call "the creeper house"  cause of an old creepy ass *yet well dressed* gentleman i see on the stoop occasionally at night. from what i know it is sealed although thats from a few quick scopes here and there... anyone know anything about this place
