ABANDONED (...turns into a discussion of Top Gear)

Has anyone seen the TV show Abandoned ? I have only seen a few episodes but I'm hooked

I don't really like shows that bring attention to what we do, because then that makes life difficult for us, but that's me.

Saw Top Gear the other night, good show.  I had an '86 Merkur XR4TI in college and they had a show about it, pretty cool!

     The USA version of TG isn't bad it's getting better but the English version is a laugh riot check it out on BBC  America  if you have it

As Tanner and the boys get to know each other better it is bound to get better
. And in spite of having seen them all many times I keep 25 episodes of the EnglishnTop Gear on my DVR. fios just got BBC America HD woot

I'll have to see if I have the BBC on demand, I'm not sure if I do.  I don't have Fios I have comcast.

If not, you can access a hell of a lot of episodes through Netflix, if you have it.

We dumped Netflix a while ago, hahaha.

I found the BBC in HD on channel 920, I saw the one where those dudes drove a pickup truck to the north pole, it was fuckin hilarious.  I'm DVRing a bunch of them tonight, haha

hahaha that's a good one, but you HAVE to see the episode where they become truckers.   Or the Reliant Robin episode.  (There are so, so SO many.)

I have yet to see the Saab episode though, I heard they dropped a 900 on its roof.

I'll be on the lookout for the Saab and the truckers episodes then-this was def a good find!

LOVE the North Pole episode but I'm torn on a favorite between the Vietnam and Bolivian episodes

Holy shit I just saw the one when a dude in a Brigatti races a Royal Airforce Typhoon in a 1 mile out 1 mile back race, thats just about the best thing I've ever seen!

Bolivia special had me on the edge of my seat, that was siiiiiiiiiiiiiiick.  Vietnam special is great too.

I need to see those ones.  I found this on Youtube since I deleted last night after seeing it   2:45 to 2:55 is classic.  Good thing I quit smoking, if I hadn't, I may have watched that 1000 times in a row last night, hahaha
