The Ladd School, Exeter RI

Hey everyone! I'm looking to go to the Ladd school sometime before leaving ri. My brother has already told me all about the best ways to get into the buildings but what I'm really wondering about is where the most interesting spots are. If you have been to the Ladd School where would you recommend that I definitely explore? Also, any recent updates on the security situation there, I'm totally open to some sneaking around but it's nice to know before hand. (:

I haven't been to Ladd in 6 years so I have no clue, seriously the first time I went in 2003, Job Corps wasn't even there, and people seem to find a hell of a lot of trouble up there so I don't know if it's worth it.

Pro tip/Public Service Message---- NEVER say on a public forum when you plan on going to explore, especially Ladd.  Cops have been known to check this site and others for easy tips.  Personally I'd skip Ladd, the exteriors are the best part sadly, I don't think its worth it, but what do I know?  I'm just a doctor.

Hmm, this is making me reconsider my decision I might go ahead and take some photos of the outside anyway though, that's not breaking and entering so there's no harm in it, right?

Risk does not outway reward. especially over at ladd. as said above the best parts of it are the exterior.

Ladd is not worth the risk, I recently hit my 20th abandoned hospital/institution and haven't even bothered coming here. 85% of the stories I hear are about arrests or gang activity or dead corpses being found on the property.

I ended up quickly stopping by Ladd, very cool but rather dangerous. I noticed that they are cleaning up one of the buildings (right next to the Phoenix House), perhaps renovating? Both doors were wide open and I saw a group of people hanging out around it (not sketchily haha). I peeked in the the windows on the bottom floor and the floors looked scrubbed. I also took a quick look inside fogerty. There were quite a lot of people around, most doing their own sketchy thing, no one bothered me as I took a walk around the grounds.

well, even though you still went,

as already state above, I also wouldn't recommend visiting the hospital.  It's been in the news a lot and the police have been monitoring the area very closely I hear.  I'm surprised you were able to go in.  I was speaking with someone who just tried going there and was stopped by the cops even before getting out of the car.

i had an incident where the police were poking around while we were there ( middle of the night ) and there is literally NOWHERE to run. we made it out undetected but scared the living hell out of me

I got chased out of there a couple years ago but that was during day light hours, looks like he fucked up if he got caught at night.
