Clingstone House in Jamestown

Check out this video--this architect bought the house in 1961 after it had been abandoned 20 years.  (For $3600!)

Cool find Meg!  I love the guys story that he bid $3500 and it got turned down because it was too low, but then they went for his bid of $3600, haha

Right!  haha I totally bing'd this after I watched the video.  I definitely would have loved to see more Before shots.

The place is really cool. We go on the Rum Runner booze cruise around newport and the boat takes you right by there.

I did a catering event there a few years ago....awesome place!!!!
