Can anyone confirm or deny that there were Raves at Ladd?

A couple of things here:

1.) I have heard on several different occasions that there were raves at the Ladd School in the mid-90s.  Does anyone know anything about this?

2.) I have also heard that there is a "red room" with a mattress and blood on the wall? 

Since my high school days,  I have been to Ladd 5 times.  I've never come across the "red room".  Never seen rave paraphernalia. 

Does anyone have any information regarding these questions?

1 It closed in 1994 so perhaps, but I seriously doubt it.  Just rumors made up by kids.
