well there is no security, Fort devens is completely legal to be on, you can walk right up to the buildings and its not an issue.... there is a little state police barracks right next to it, but its like a mini barracks. I dont think its for more than 4 or 5 cops, its REALLY small. like small gas station quickie mart small, and its never been an issue.. sometimes i think that fact thats its there makes it a little easier, sometimes the most obvious is the least obvious. devens is huge, and if you drive around you'll find abandoness everywhere.   but these big buildings are deff the center piece.

I've dirven around there before, but didn't wanna poke too much. I do believe they have a federal pen on the property but I guess they must just stick to themselves.
