You can host them somewhere like photobucket and then use the UBB code (the one that uses brackets like [this]) to post.  That's the best way since the other way (which involves uploading them here) doesn't appear with firefox, only IE.

You can also host them through your own website, if you have one. I have a Blogger sit, and host all my work right from there.
Just right click the photo you're interested in posting, click 'copy image location', and then paste the code into the message block here. You'll have to add a
no spaces.

Hope that made any sense at all. It's a lot easier to do than to explain.
