abandoned nunnery?

I noticed in the thread about the abandoned train in portsmouth, it was suggested that an abandoned nunnery exists and is one of the more exciting remnants on Aquidneck.  Can anyone tell me a rough location for it? is it easy to access or is security a threat?

I'm somewhat familiar with the area. I've always lived in RI, but Aquidneck is not my specialty. I'm not sure I was down near Burma today, but I was scoping out the train area. Once I got over the Mount Hope Bridge I took a sharp left. I ended up on a road with a fence leading to perhaps an old dock area that had a sign saying not trespassing. Is this Burma? Is this the fence I need to get over. It didn't look too easy, because there are plenty of homes near by.

I think I found it on google earth/bing, is there relatively new construction nearby?  (Within the past 2 years?)  The building that I think is the nunnery appears to have a large mess around it on the dorm side (missing windows, fence around it?)
