This place was owned by PG&E-think of the movie Erin Brockovich. There was going to be a LNG place there, residents said no way! This place still has to clean up the mercury that is still being leached into the Mt Hope Bay.

It's on the Mass side, actually the Taunton River, which flows in the Mt Hope/Narragansett Bay.

When you type, it's hard to tell what your tone is. Am I way off here in assuming that you're pissed at this site for some reason? I hate the drama but it seems that I no longer can ignore it. Please elaborate.
that pic was of mauntop generation station, its a quarter of a mile from my house its on the mass side in somerset, next time stop in for tea. lol its a town owned power station, the other one in somerset was owned by pg+e
the lng faculity is going to be across the river in fall river in the old shell company storage tank in weavers cove

so...I am assuming this is not a very active website.
If you keep poking around you'll find the site used to be active until 2007 when there was a site wide crash, which resulted in the loss of all the pics posted here unless they were hosted externally.
And I wish it was more active, most days it's just me an NastyNate lol
