If you've ever been through Providence, odds are you've seen this thing without ever giving it a second glance. It's actually a fairly rad place. Known more commonly as the Seekonk River Drawbridge, or as the Erection Bridge, this old lift bridge has been stuck in the open position, at a sixty five degree angle since its abandonment in 1976. In 19, my friend Doug is on top of the highest point, spinning steel wool though.
