That Jesus was gone by the time I went in 2006, and they replaced the lighted cross too :(. I think the one they replaced it with is smaller, but I haven't been back since, just driven by on I-84.
Just drove by there Yesterday. Didn't have time to stop though. Anyone get to the crypt?
I heard this place is under more watch since the murder of that girl last year. i want to stop by tho just dont feel safe leaving my vehicle in that area
Do the nuns still live nextdoor? It didn't seem like a bad area to me any of the times I've been there. I always just park by the gate and walk on in, but I haven't been there since that happened either so maybe folks are nosier than they used to be.

They were still living there last fall. They're so nice, until the rape and murder they used to sometimes let people go in there. Now they won't give permission

I've never met them, the few times I went I parked somewhere and walked in. (First time, parked at the bottom of the hill...um...never again. LOL) Second time parked right outside the gate.
