house near ROCKY POINT

The last time I was at Rocky Point (2-3 years ago,) I was driving down the road that goes directly into the entrance of the park.  Right before you hit the entrance there was an abandoned house on the right.  I heard a that someone was murdered in that house.  Does anyone have any info. about this house?  Is it still there?  Has it been explored?

I have no clue as to the backgroud of the house itself, but yes it is still there.  the house is pretty trashed, the deck is collapsing, the back doors busted off and the inside is pretty shitty.  there is also a garage in the backyard, which is bare.  there is really nothing of interest, just an empty house.
