underwater tunnel to island near rocky point?

Whoa, never heard that.  

The only nearby underground stuff that we know of is the old trade/slave tunnels between neighboring Aldrich Mansion and the waterfront.

If you find more info on the island tunnel please let us know.  Maybe it's related to the supposed Dutch Island tunnel connecting Fr Getty and the island.
