So on Friday I had a couple photo assignments in the morning (I freelance regularly for a healthcare company here in CT) and decided to stop by a friend's house in the same town. She had some stuff going on in the late afternoon (inspection for a house she & her hubs are going to buy) so I wasn't going to stay long, and we were just going to shoot the shit for a few hours.
Anyway, after a little while her phone rings. Turns out the house inspection was at 12:30 and not 3:30. She doesn't drive so her ride wasn't going to pick her up for several hours so I told her I'd give her a ride (this seems like a no brainer right lol)
Anyway, as we're pulling up to the house she's hopeful to buy, check out what was within walking distance! So she went on her inspection and I went exploring. LOL This is my gift from the universe for being nice. ^_^

There was nothing interesting in it, sadly. Looks like someone is using it for a storage shed. Mosquitoes were fierce and I was sorely unprepared (no flashlights/bugspray lol). Floor was sinking in spots but it wasn't really worth going to the back for nothing. It was gutted.

Anyway, for not having set foot in anything abandoned since 2007 I'm pretty happy. haha.
